Mister Joannis Pournaras is the founder and owner of Ascendant Human Resources Solutions.

He started his career as Management Consultant and Trainer at DMB Marketing Consulting Ltd in Vienna / Austria. In his function as executive secretary and head of the training department he was responsible for the development, the selling and the delivery of training programs. Later he established his own company, the Door Training Management Consulting Ltd. Parallel he was a consulting Member of the Board of Door Training International SA in Paris / France.

In Greece he became Managing Director of Neumann Management Consulting Ltd - Greece and later Chairman of the Board of Advantage SA.

Mrs Denise Sakkoleva, as Managing Partner and management representative, is the link for all concerns of our clients and consultants in Greece and abroad.

In Austria she gained experience in the sectors of Customer Support and HR-Consulting at IBM Austria and later on at DOOR Training Management Consulting Ltd. Her fields of responsibility at Ascendant are the Executive Search and Management Selection, where she undertakes the research and recruitment of candidates. Moreover she is in charge of planning and coordinating all projects in Greece.

Ms. Despina Theodoridou is a Senior Consultant at Ascendant.

After finishing her studies in Economics and Business Administration, with a Master Degree in Marketing, Human Resources & Organisation and Consumerism she supported Mercedes Benz in Australia in the departments Marketing Services, Finance and Administration. Coming back to Germany Ms Theodoridou worked as a Management Trainer and then for four years as Conference- and Marketing Manager at the Institute for International Research Ltd, Frankfurt/M. Moving 1995 to Greece she became Group Product Manager in the Marketing Department of Minerva S.A. and from 1998 - 2007 she was Marketing Manager at Hellenic Fabrics S.A..

Mister Andreas Mitalas is an external cooperating Consultant of Ascendant . His career started in Thessaloniki at the IT firm Deal Ltd., being the Head of the Technical Department and Consultant on technical issues. He gathered his first entrepreneurial experience during his studies, while establishing his own company Makedonia On Line Internet Services and being partner of IPS - Internet Promotional Service. Today he is co-founder and managing partner of MMX creative team, as well as exclusive partner of Ascendant.

Mister Nikolaos Sakkolevas is an external cooperating Senior Consultant of Ascendant .

After his studies as Mechanical, Electrical and Naval Engineer in Vienna / Austria, he started his career at GOODYEAR Greece, in the department for Planning and Maintenance. At STEYER HELLAS, as Head of the department “Planning and Energy Supply” he managed 50 employees and was responsible for the smooth function of the factory.

Misses Markisia Markante is a cooperating Senior Consultant of Ascendant .

During her studies in Berlin as a scholarship holder of the Bruno Leuschner University of Economics, she was appointed as interpreter to numerous delegations by the Greek Embassy and the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

At Agfa-Gevaert Hellas in Athens, she was responsible for the sectors "Sales Promotion", as well as "Coordination of Medical & Non Destructive Testing Department" for 10 years. For Neumann Management Consulting Ltd. in Thessaloniki she has searched and selected successfully the suitable candidates for various positions
